1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT a. Account Information: Name, email address, agency name, phone number, and professional information you provide when creating an account. b. Usage Data: Information about how you use the Platform including features accessed, AI queries made, and general usage patterns. c. Uploaded Content: Documents, notes, and data you upload to the Platform including carrier guidelines, property records, and coverage notes. Uploaded PDFs are private to you. d. Lead and Client Data: Contact information and notes about insurance prospects that you enter into the Platform. e. Payment Information: Billing information processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full payment card details. f. Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use collected information to: (a) provide and improve the Platform; (b) process payments; (c) send service-related communications; (d) provide customer support; (e) analyze usage patterns to improve features; and (f) comply with legal obligations.

3. AI PROCESSING

When you use AI-powered features your inputs are processed by Google's Gemini AI API. By using these features you acknowledge that your inputs are subject to Google's applicable privacy and data processing terms. We do not use your data to train AI models. Uploaded PDFs are processed only to generate the requested output for your session. Requotra staff do not review your uploaded PDFs.

4. DATA SHARING

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: (a) service providers necessary to operate the Platform including Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Google (AI processing); (b) law enforcement when required by law; and (c) successors in the event of a merger or acquisition.

5. DATA SECURITY

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest. However no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain your data for as long as your account is active plus thirty (30) days following termination. You may request deletion of your data by contacting landonswebservices@gmail.com.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, and opt out of certain processing. Contact landonswebservices@gmail.com to exercise these rights.

8. COOKIES

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or sell cookie data.

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Platform is not intended for users under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. CHANGES

We may update this Privacy Policy and will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
